Villagers with jobs don't link to their workbench

​ I've done multiple resets where I take all the beds down and start over and it's very iffy if they link or not eventually some of them link to work benches but not all of them and I can tell that they haven't linked because their trades are still not refreshed , I've done this layout in three worlds and only had an issue on this one the villagers already have jobs they were cured from zombies far away from my base far away from any other benches 100%
