Game crashes on launch

Minecraft PE hasn't opened on this device since the last version in December; it worked correctly until then.

After opening the game, it loads and then immediately closes, returning to the initial screen. I've already tried all possible methods, such as clearing the cache, clearing data, uninstalling the game, and formatting the phone.

Minecraft opens correctly on another phone of a different brand with the same Microsoft account I've used for years.
