Render distance only goes up to 6 and not 14 like it's supposed to.

I have a terrible and annoying on my phone, Samsung J3, where I cant get my render distance higher than 6. I've searched up how to fix it, but people say clear data, or delete and reinstall but it doesn't work. Then they say that's its your device but the toolbox, Blocklaunfher, and MCPE Master all have chunks to 14. I'm nor quite sure if it's a bug but its annoying. Is it just my Minecraft or what. Can I fix this?
