Sunny Sky Has Dark Tint on It without Vibrant or Fancy Visuals. No mods.

Sky has tint. It looks like mix of gray or dark transparent could with sunny weather. It can appear anywhere, anytime, and I think it appears when rain suppose to rain. I though it is because of visuals, but I was wrong. It looks like eclipse, but sun has that cloud on it, just like rest of the sky, no moon on it. I turned on and of the game, same rezults. I once slept though that weather and sometimes it disappears and rarely, but happens, it dosnt. My base is on birch forest so that is not overcast. Before it I had fancy visuals, never vibrant ones. But when I switched to simple, same sky stayed, even if I switched to fancy visuals again and then again to simple. I had version v26.1 and updated to v26.3 and it has Same issue.
