Game Crashes after switching to local connection after playing on a world for an extended period (10 mins or longer)

Requirements

Nintendo Switch Online

Reproduction

  1. Enter any world (it can be literally any world.)

  2. Play for 10 minutes or longer (it varies based on internet speed.)

  3. Leave the world.

  4. Go back to the title screen.

  5. press Y.

  6. Click on the local connection

  7. After the connection switch finishes, game crashes.

Expected

The connection switched to local and the game continues to function.

Result

One of my worlds got corrupted like this, and it was annoying.

By the way, the crash happens near the end; and the stuff before is me playing a world for proof.

  • How much storage is left on the device?

Over 90GB and singleplayer

i use my system memory

What i did:

  • Singleplayer world in online mode (online mode makes friends able to join)

  • Use system memory to save games
