New bedrock ui don't work with some devices

​In my Android phone after updating into 26.1 I don't get the new ui and closed captions the first I thought it's a problem in my version so I was waiting into 26.10 but after that I don't get it so I call my friend if he have the same bug and he didn’t get the new ui in her Android device but he get it in her PC

BTW my phone is Samsung and friend's phone is Huawei
