Custom skins are unavailable.

I'm unable to use custom skins. I can't edit custom skins on my screen, and even if I could, others would see me as Steve, and the skin would be deleted after a few days. This is happening on both the iPad and Windows versions. Skins sold on the marketplace are also affected. Please address this issue urgently.
