Woodland mansion generates on single biome dripstone caves world

I generated a single biome world with BiomeOverride=minecraft:dripstone_caves, and it generated as you would expect it to. RandomSeed=0. And I found a woodland mansion!

The expected behavior is that woodland mansions would not generate, since it is a dripstone caves biome.
