When I change my skin in Minecraft Pocket Edition, other players receive the notification that I changed my skin, but they still see me as the default skin (Steve/Alex). I can see other players’ skins normally. This happens consistently with multiple skins.

Do the other players have the "Only Allow Trusted Skins" option enabled in Settings > General? If so, are they able to see your skin if they disable this option and rejoin the world?
