Description Iron Golem does not spawn when building the correct structure.
Steps to reproduce
Place 4 iron blocks in a T-shape.
Place a carved pumpkin on top.
Expected result An Iron Golem should spawn immediately.
Actual result No Iron Golem appears; the structure remains unchanged.
