When an Armor Stand occupies the same block as Powder Snow, the Armor Stand will eventually start to shiver.
To Reproduce:
Place an Armor Stand on top of a block of Powder Snow and let it sink. After about 5 seconds or so, it will begin shivering indefinetely unless it leaves the snow.
Expected result:
Armor Stands do not have shivering animations in Powder Snow, as they are inanimate objects.
Actual result:
Armor Stands shiver in Powder Snow as if they are mobs.
