Librarians at Master level can only sell red or yellow candles, not both

In Java Edition, librarians can sell both red and yellow candles at Master level. However, in Bedrock Edition, they can only sell red or yellow candles, which breaks parity with Java Edition.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn a librarian

2. Level it up to Master level

3. Observe its trades

Observed Results:
The librarian can only sell red or yellow candles.

Expected Results:
The librarian should be able to sell both red and yellow candles.
