In Java edition the entity tag to detect how many horns a goat has is HasLeftHorn, HasRightHorn & IsScreamingGoat but in Bed rock there is no entity tags to define these cases. Even the wiki confirms there is no entity tags for the goat regarding if it has a left or right horn or if it is a screaming goat or not.
