when I look at the ocean, it shows black lines far away.

So when I go near the ocean it would show black lines from far away. I went to chatgpt to try and fix the issues, but the issues kept occurring. chatgpt says that its not me. its the game. and I have bought this new pc solely for playing Minecraft but it disappointed me because of the black lines on the ocean. if anyone can help me please. I will attach my pc info, aswell as the problem.
