[MCPE-237894] Custom skins are unavailable.

My custom skin isn't being applied, and even when I can use it, other players see me as Steve. Also, the edit button after creating a custom skin is disabled. This bug has occurred before. This bug is affecting both the Pocket and Windows editions.Please address this as soon as possible.

Are you also unable to access the Marketplace? If so, what error code is shown?

That is the Dressing Room, not the Marketplace.

However, I can't press the edit skin button. When I join a server, I become Steve. Changing my skin does reflect the change, but it's really annoying. It's especially troublesome on servers like Hive, where once I change my skin, it takes a long time to change it again.
