Severe visual glitching and UI artifacting in video settings menu

When I open the Video Settings menu, the screen shows severe visual glitches and graphical artifacts. The Ul text, menu borders, and background appear distorted with pink/green color artifacts and broken rendering. This makes the settings menu difficult to read and use.
