When opening the inventory, multiple items and blocks display incorrect or broken textures. Some icons look distorted, have missing parts, wrong colors, or appear visually corrupted. In some cases, textures seem mismatched or not properly rendered.

The issue is visible in different inventory tabs, especially in the Construction and Items sections. The glitches occur consistently and can be seen without using any resource packs or modifications.
