I cant collect the blocks in my world

Hello, I was in my world playing and, when I went to break some blocks, they didnt drop, I already tested in all worlds and none are dropping, this world of mine, which is the one in the video, is only 23 MB and even so it has this bug, before the 26.13/26.12 update this didnt happen, it only started from these updates onwards
