I'm playing on PS 5 and I was able to mind reinforce deep slate in survival mode with a netherite pickaxe.

That isn’t a bug. Reinforced Deepslate is not unbreakable, it just takes a long time without enchantments (82 seconds).

Well, according to Minecraft's code reinforced, deep slate is supposed to be unbreakable. Just like bedrock.
