critical error in cloud world synchronization

Almost a year ago I lost a world, a very important world for me, a world in which I invested many, many hours, in addition to the good times since I have always played it with my younger sister and it is a very big world in which we had a great time.

The problem is that to this day I'm still waiting for a solution, as it hurts to think I won't be able to play that world anymore, especially since I only pay for Game Pass Ultimate to play Minecraft, my favorite game. Not being able to play my world is incredibly frustrating. Around April 28, 2025, I saw a notification in the game saying I was out of storage space and my progress couldn't be saved. So I looked for a solution, and a forum in the Minecraft community, where others had experienced the same problem, recommended clearing the cache, as it tended to fill up and prevent saving. I did that, and when I returned to the game and started it, I got the biggest surprise: an error message. Even now, almost a year later and after many attempts and searches for a solution, it's simply impossible to start. And honestly, just three days ago I started a new world with my sister, but it's not the same. The time I dedicated to that beautiful world that I haven't been able to see since was simply in vain. I hope you can help me, give me a possible solution, or simply let me know if I should just give up and lose that world, those experiences, and so many memories, constructions, and things I built with my sister. I've attached an image of the notice and another of what my world looked like and some of everything we invested in it over so much time, although I doubt it will be of any use :(
