[MCPE-237996] Device that doesn't support Vibrant Visuals gives resourcePack.incompatible.graphics.pbr warning

If your enabled pack supports Vibrant Visuals and you have that pack enabled while playing on a device that doesn’t suppirt Vibrant Visuals it will always give the warning: resourcePacks.incompatible.graphics.pbr
