Tipped Arrows won't leave the off hand slot

After equipping the tipped arrows into my off hand(Harming 2)
I can see that the totem can be equipped to the off hand,

however after a sec, the tipped arrows reappear in the off hand slot.


Note. I was able to equip my totem after a while.
I didn’t save and quit and rejoin.
I don’t know if this is a certified bug or a problem on my end.
