Minecraft render / D3D12 worker-thread failure during startup.

Minecraft for Windows (Bedrock/UWP) crashes consistently at about 66% during startup on this system. It used to work on this same machine, then after some Minecraft update it started failing and has continued failing across later Minecraft versions. The crash is not just a bad install. Full reinstalls of Minecraft, Revo uninstall, and even multiple Windows reinstalls did not stop it. The crash still happens at the same point every time.

Things already tried:

Reset / repair Minecraft from Windows settings

Full uninstall and reinstall of Minecraft

Full uninstall with Revo and reinstall

Reinstalled Windows multiple times

Disabled hardware acceleration with registry test

Disabled GPU in Device Manager

Reversed the hardware acceleration registry change afterward

Clean boot / disabled non-Microsoft services

Renamed Minecraft package state folders to .old:

LocalState

LocalCache

RoamingState

Tried launching offline / with internet disabled

Ran dxdiag and it showed no obvious errors

Reinstalled / reset Gaming Services and Xbox related components

Verified GamingServices and GamingServicesNet are present and running

Captured WER archives and crash data

Ran ProcMon traces focused on Minecraft.Windows.exe

Checked Minecraft content/resource pack file access in ProcMon

Checked registry activity in ProcMon

Looked for obvious file ACCESS DENIED or missing required content paths in ProcMon

Captured full crash dumps with ProcDump / WinDbg

Did live WinDbg attach and caught first-chance exception behavior

I will happily provide any additional information. I would like to speak to tier two tech support.
