When I play on my worlds, sometimes a bot will join with a name like á and to kick them I type /kick “á” for some reason. They have a Contagion-style of finding players like me, since I first met a player who was familiar with them, then they joined my world in their presence, then others. I don’t know how they connect to me, since I never friended any of their accounts, but they do, and when they do, they SPAM chat with dozens of messages about some kinda discord or client thing, like an advertisement, but they send about 5 lines per second, and it is incredibly annoying.
Recently, some bots joined with the name “ or more recently §”; The issue with this is typing /kick “““ is invalid syntax, even if they are in-game. Also, yes, I tried going into permissions and clicking “Kick From Game, “but it didn’t work. Also, their account is grayed out, so I can’t report them to Mojang (or view their account for that matter).
Please fix this. Every time it happens I have to log off, and it ruins the vibe. I could tell you a lot about myself for context, but it would be irrelevant to the bug post, so I will refrain.
If you would like me to collect screenshots next time, I can
