Android 9 (Running on BlueStacks emulator / Windows 10)

Steps to reproduce:

1. I was playing normally in my world.

2. I saved and exited the game to go eat.

3. I re-entered the world later.

Observed Results: The world was completely broken. The chunks were separated from each other; some chunks were pushed down almost to bedrock level, while others were extremely tall and long.

Expected Results: The world should have loaded correctly without any terrain displacement or chunk errors.
