Epilepsy bug report

This is a life threatening bug where me and my friend was playing on a world where we had 4 add-ons being Cave Dweller add-on by XP GAMES, Warp Lamps add-on by Logdotzip, Essentials add-on by Unlinked, and DYNAMIC LIGHTS add-on by EX GAMES. He as swapping his graphics from Fancy to Vibrant Visuals, and when he did he left the menu to look around, before he could look around there his screen started flashing violently this even happened after he restarted his game, and this could easily trigger epilepsy, and cause someone to die.
