Certain Items make your character's eyes blue

Several things. The Aurora Borealis hair piece forces your character's eyes to be blue and on top of that, you can't change eyebrow color either. The same applies with the Bliss Hoodie and Copper Golem Hoodie outerwear. Those are some of the ones that I have discovered so far. I will add more if I find any more.
