Duplicate text for Ambient Sounds setting in Russian localization

1. The title and the description text for the Ambient Sounds slider are identical in Russian

2. Both lines say Звуки окружающей среды

3. In English the description should provide additional info but here it just repeats the title

1. Set language to Russian

2. Go to Settings then Audio

3. Observe the Ambient Sounds slider

Observed Results

Both the title and description show the same text Звуки окружающей среды.

Expected Results

The description text should be different from the title to match the English version logic.
