When a Sulfur Cube is in flowing water, it will bounce repeatedly once it has reached the end. If you get rid of the water, it will continue to bounce even if it has a block in it.
Steps to Reproduce
Make a small pool with water lining one edge
Spawn a Sulfur Cube in the pool and place a block in it.
Remove the water once the Sulfur Cube has reached the end
