Android: Severe camera stutter & FPS drop when rotating view in 1.26.13.1

Device:

Infinix Hot 40i, Android 13, 8GB RAM

Description:

FPS drops from 60 to 10-15 + severe stutter per camera swipe. Occurs in all worlds, render distances of any kind, even in empty flat worlds.

Reproduction steps:

1. Open any world in 1.26.13.1

1. Slide camera left/right/up/down

1. FPS Live drop + game break-up

Expected result:

The camera rotates smoothly at 60 FPS like the old version

Actual results:

FPS drops to 10-15, stutter games are heavy, not playable

Additional notes:

• Settings are left aligned, V-Sync on/off still lags

• No other apps running in the background

• The cellphone is not hot, not throttling

• Bug appears immediately after update to 1.26.13.1
