Dressing Room

Hi. I have changed my outfit in dressing room on PS4 console and I've been logged into my Microsoft account at the same time but however it is worked only once. I've bought some items from dressing room store and weared they on and it is worked. When I've saved and quited my game and switched off console, and started again on PS4 console, my outfit haven't worked anymore. However I've played different Bedrock Edition map on PC with my friend between two PS4 times with same Microsoft account and that same outfit works still with PC. How PC platform can steal outfit of my account what is chanced by PS4 platform although I have used same Microsoft account on both platforms? Why it doesn't work on PS4 another time?
