The cape on the paper doll does not swing back when moving forward while facing North (-z) or West (-x). This is most noticable when you are flying in creative mode. It also swings back slower when going East (+x), and appears to be fine on South (+z).
Steps to reproduce:
In video settings, enable paper doll and set camera perspective to third person back for comparison.
Open a creative world with cheats enabled, and fly up.
Type “/tp ~ ~ ~ 180 0” to face directly North.
Fly forwards, fly backwards, and observe the paper doll’s cape and the player character’s cape.
Repeat 4 while facing West, East, and South.
Expected results:
The cape on the paper doll always swings back identically to the cape on the player character as seen on third person view.
Observed results:
The cape on the paper doll does not swing back at all when moving forwards facing North or West. It DOES swing back when you are moving BACKWARDS while facing North or West. It swings back slower than the cape on third person player character when moving forwards facing East.
