Trying to Create a new World and I Get Stuck in a Loop of Loading Screen

I have been trying to create a new world for a couple of days now, and the button is green, but I can’t actually click on it and I get thrown into a loop of the loading screen getting to about 21% before it kicks me back to the green button and then immediately goes into the loading screen again. I have tried restarting my laptop, updating my laptop, signing out of the game, force stopping the game, going into a different world for a bit and coming back out, deleting other worlds, clearing the cache, checking for game updates, etc. Nothing works. I can get into the already made worlds just fine, but I can’t seem to make a new one at all. The only way to get it to stop looping is to exit out of the game altogether.
