Blank Signs on worlds converted from xbox one

Hello, I have been using a single world for around 12 years and I finally wanted to move my world into the newest version of Minecraft and when I converted my world from Xbox one edition everything worked but every sign is blank thank you, was originally a xbox 360 world if it helps (this is my 1st time reporting an bug, this has been happening for years but im finally making a post in hopes something gets changed, thank you i saw some older post about this issue but thought ill bring it back up)

Step 1: converted xbox one edition world into new Minecraft

Step 2: loaded into world

Step 3: all signs were blank

Expected result: signs with words

Actual result: signs that are blank
