It’s not good since we are able to enable it without OP. Please Pay Attention to this and upvote this, please. With and without addons is going to ruin the gameplay experience for the rest of us.

Added a note, it would fail to enable cheats but disable achievements. But now, when testing it again 5 times, it will not turn on cheats, and it will turn on cheats. Like a weird 50/50 bug nonsense.

Oh, I forgot to add reproducing steps,
1. Create a world, no cheats enabled
2. Join that world with a friend or someone to help test the issue
3. Have a non-op player try enabling the cheats
In normal pre-update of 26.13, no one could enable the cheats unless they had op. Now they can, which can put the world at risk of unlearnable achievements.
To clarify, enabling cheats while being a member shouldn’t be possible without OP.
