When selecting an item after opening a furnace, the item doesn’t visually appear to be selected until a second item is selected and then you move back to the item. I have attached a video clearly demonstrating this issue.
This problem seems to have first appeared after updating to version 26.20, as I don’t remember this occurring in the previous stable release. I can also replicate this issue in the latest preview release, version 26.30.27.

We're tracking this issue at MCPE-237196, so I will resolve and link this report as a duplicate.
