Founders cape not showing

Yesterday once I was going on the preview for the sulfer cubes I was messing around on a new world. And now I can't find my founders cape. I have downloaded the pack but now it's not showing, I've contacted xbox and Microsoft but they had no reply so I'm reporting it as a bug
