Android: The File storage location option is lost in the Ore UI storage screen

Steps to reproduce：

1. From the main menu, open Settings.

2. Navigate to the Storage section (in the Ore UI layout, this may be listed as a separate button or within a submenu).

3. Observe the available options on the Storage screen.

4. Compare the screen with the same Storage settings accessed when Ore UI is disabled.

Expected result：

The Ore UI Storage settings should include a clearly visible option for File Storage Location (Android), allowing the player to choose between External storage and Application storage, exactly as it does when Ore UI is disabled.

Actual result：

The Storage settings screen no longer displays the file storage location option when you are in the Ore UI version.
