Failed to login error code "Wool"

I'm trying to log into my account, but I'm getting this error code that prevents me from accessing Realm, Marketplace, etc. I've already cleared the cache, reinstalled the game, reset my device, and tried accessing it remotely, but without success. Has anyone managed to solve this problem?
