Status effect HUD icons no longer show in-game, but effects still work and appear in Effects screen

Status effect icons are no longer appearing on the in-game HUD/top-right of the screen.

The effects themselves still work correctly. For example, Night Vision changes the visuals as expected, and the effect appears in the Effects screen. However, the normal status effect icon/badge does not appear on the HUD during gameplay.

This has been tested in a clean world with no addons, behaviour packs, resource packs, or marketplace content active. Other players have also noticed the same issue, so it does not appear to be limited to one world or one addon.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft Bedrock.

2. Create or load a clean world with no addons/resource packs.

3. Run:
   /effect @s night_vision 300 0 true

4. Confirm Night Vision is active.

5. Open the Effects screen and confirm Night Vision is listed.

6. Return to gameplay and check the top-right HUD area.

Expected result:
The Night Vision status effect icon should appear on the HUD while the effect is active.

Actual result:
The effect works and appears in the Effects screen, but no status effect icon appears on the HUD.

Additional testing:

• Tried /hud @s reset

• Tried changing HUD opacity

• Tried changing GUI scale

• Tried toggling Hide HUD

• Tried clean world with no addons

• Issue still happens

• Happens with all Potion effects

This looks similar to previous resolved reports MCPE-175927 and MCPE-176061, but appears to be happening again, possibly after the latest Bedrock update.
