When walking or moving through water, the water bubble and splash particles don't animate correctly when the player or entities are swimming. However, I've applied a custom resource pack that fixes this particle animation issue, replicating the animation as it is in Java and earlier versions of Bedrock.
Steps to Play:
1. Walk, run, or swim through a river, lake, or ocean.
2. Switch to third-person view to easily observe the character.
3. Observe the animation of the water bubble splash particles around the player's feet/legs.
Expected Results:
The water bubble particles should animate smoothly, and the splash particles should appear in their correct position when players or entities move through the water blocks.
Observed Results:
Bubble particles are animated incorrectly, appearing only for milliseconds, and splash particles appear at head height whenever the player or entity moves through the water.

The video is in slow motion so the problem is clearer. The particles appear for only milliseconds and are also incorrectly positioned.
I just tested Bedrock version 1.13.0, and that problem didn't exist; the particles animate correctly. The animation started getting corrupted from version 1.14 onwards—first, the bubble particles were removed, and later, the issue with splash particles appearing at the player's head occurred. However, that last part was more recent, as I tested versions 1.19 and 1.20 and the splash particles appear in the correct position.
It seems the bubble particles have returned, but they aren't animating correctly alongside the splash particles; this issue needs to be fixed, as it affects the game's aesthetics.
I have attached a video from version of bedrock 1.13.0, where both the bubble and splash particle animations played correctly.
