Entities constantly flicker on Android

In Minecraft Bedrock version 1.26.22.1 armeabi-v7a on Android, player skins, some mobs, shulkers, hanging signs, and fishing rod bobbers constantly flicker during gameplay.

The issue happens all the time in every world.

Steps to reproduce:

Open Minecraft Bedrock 1.26.22.1

Join any world

Look at player skins, some mobs, shulkers, hanging signs, or go fishing

The textures/models constantly flicker

Expected result:

Player skins, some mobs, shulkers, hanging signs, and fishing rod bobbers should render normally without flickering.

Actual result:

Player skins, some mobs, shulkers, hanging signs, and fishing rod bobbers constantly flicker during gameplay.
