[FIXED] Character Creator cosmetics not appearing in Dressing Room

Cosmetics that applied in the Dressing Room using Character Creator (hats, accessories, emotes, etc.) recently disappear. The base Character Creator skin loads, but the cosmetics do not appear. This issue not just happened on my PC, but also on my Phone and other devices. Skin packs load normally, so the bug is isolated to Character Creator cosmetics.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft Bedrock on PC.

2. Go to Dressing Room, select a Character Creator skin.

3. Apply cosmetics (e.g., hat, accessory).

4. Close the game completely then reopen Minecraft Bedrock (optional)

5. Observe: cosmetics not appear.

6. Check on mobile or other devices wtih same or different account.

Expected Result: Cosmetics should remain visible on Character Creator skins in Dressing Room.

Actual Result: Cosmetics vanish in Dressing Room, while skin packs remain unaffected.

Notes:

• Skin packs UI loads fine, confirming this is specific to Character Creator cosmetics.

• Tested with no add-ons or proxies active.

• Internet works fine when happened.
