[MCPE-239444] My parrot is flying without using wings (:

I got an parrot to being in Next to my head and I wanted to try my new cape with elytra so I tried with my parrot

But when I fly with the elytra it became in the sky with out animation like there's something wrong at the position,I hope you fix it

Steps to reproduce :

1.Play on 26.40.20 preview or 26.30.32 beta

2.tame a parrot and make it go to the next of you head

3.use elytra and fly.

Expected results : still in my scapular

Actual results : being in the sky with you
