World/add on creator issue

Pixeluison sells multiple worlds and add ons in Marketplace that don't work correctly. Reported issues in their Discord they know about the issues on multiple things they sell on marketplace but still sell them and have been allowed to continue selling glitched products. They promise to fix issues but the world I purchased has been available for almost a year and still isn't fixed. I also noticed in their Discord they have a lot of people reporting bugs with their products, they respond being a little rude even mocking, I was very surprised by this as I know it doesn't represent Mojang at all. We pay for games and expect them to function or at least be able to speak to the Creator and have it resolved. I understand mistakes happen but it seems none have been fixed and they know about the glitches but still sell them. They’re not representing of how Mojang actually is, I've never had a bad experience with Mojang, they want to help. It is a first for me, very disappointing to have that type of interaction with someone who sells Minecraft games on marketplace but doesn't care about technical issues this severe like Mojang does, as they sell on marketplace. I do enjoy the world I purchased, but at a certain point in the game, villagers and bees need to function properly per the instructions at the beginning, after money spent and months of getting to this point, I realized the world doesn't have a day and night cycle, it's night all the time. So the villagers and bees don't work right because they sleep all the time, which makes the world almost pointless. I would appreciate any help because I do enjoy the world.
