[MCPE-239455] Unable to heal baby mob after giving them golden dandelion, unless you make them grow

After you give a baby mob a golden dandelion you can't heal them unless you make them grow.

My baby wolf got hurt, i tried to feed him some meat, he eats it but he doesn't get cured.

My baby wolf named Danny died because I couldn’t heal him by feeding him food. The tail doesn’t go up. Even if you remove the golden dandelion effect, it still doesn’t work. Please fix this or I will end up making a pet cemetery as my next build seriously.
