[MCPE-239456] Screen safe area doesn't work for social drawer in pause menu.

If you open the social drawer in the pause menu it doesn't work with the screen safe area you applied, it's extremely hard for me to press the hide chat button on partys because the safe area doesn't work.

As you can see when I open the social drawer in the pause menu it doesn't follow the safe are that I set it at, I put the safe area at 0 but when I opened the social drawer it was still the default safe area.
