[MCPE-239459] Keybind for "Social Drawer" takes precedence over typing in text fields

To recreate:
1) Change the social drawer’s key from F4 to any printable character,
2) Open chat/commands/inventory search bar,
3) Press the key. It should type what you pressed, but it instead opens the friends menu
