Breaking Grass or Fern that naturally spawns on snow will break the snow instead of the grass

When you look at grass and click on it to break, you expect it to break. I noticed that breaking grass located above snow would break the snow instead.

Steps to recreate:

1. Create a world in Minecraft: Bedrock Edition

2. Find a cold biome that spawn grass and fern. A taiga would be good.

3. Aim for the grass and not the snow

4. Breaking the grass should one shot the snow under it instead
