In Minecraft Bedrock Edition, there is a visual glitch with the player's third-person animation. When running and then initiating a jump (by holding the run button), the leg and arm animations do not play correctly. Instead, the character maintains a rigid posture, or the running animation cuts off abruptly and erratically in mid-air, resulting in a lack of fluidity in the movement.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Enter a Minecraft Bedrock world in third-person rear view.
2. Begin running forward.
3. Repeatedly press the jump button while maintaining the run (perform a sprint-jump).
4. Observe the movement of the character's legs and arms while in the air.
Observed result (Bug):
The animation visually breaks down. The legs do not react naturally to the physics of the jump (as shown in the video with the Netherite sword).
Expected result: The animation should play correctly, showing fluid movement in the legs and arms. (As shown in the video with the diamond sword, where a resource pack corrects the animation code).
